Submit time is Monday 10:30pm
Verification begins 12:01 am Tuesday.
What about all the snow fall that happened during the day on Monday?
Deadline for entries is 10:30 PM MON; therefore ... MON/s snowfall is not included in the verification totals for Snow Storm #2.
