No worries about the forecast period, only 2" additional fell at BGR and CAR, otherwise just a few tenths at BOS, ORH and maybe a few other spots, but doubt it made much difference -- the contest was decided mostly on whether it snowed around NYC. I was expecting it to back-build in there but it failed to do so. Great start to the season let's hope it keeps up. -- Roger Smith
Great start...indeed; altho...looks like a quiet spell is upon us.
Thx for the snowfall report for BGR and CAR.
A lot more snow than many expected...esp @ BGM...ORH... PVD...and BDL. Those stations may have been under the deformation zone.
