Whoa. Not sure how I pulled this out...if you only knew where I entered my forecasts from...let's just say there were "spirits" and a jukebox involved. I went with my gut on this as I didn't have access to last rounds of models but the west trend seemed credible and I kept thinking back to the #2 storm CIPS analog...March 1993, which hugged the coast - and effed me with 3" of snow and rain and dryslot in SECT - #neverforget ;). As Twain said, paraphrasing...history doesn't repeat but it does rhyme...
